Zorawar Daulet Singh is an award winning author, historian and strategic affairs expert based in New Delhi, India. He is a co-founder of the Northcap University, a State Private University, located in Gurugram, Haryana and is also an Adjunct Fellow at the Institute of Chinese Studies, one of the oldest think tanks in New Delhi. He is also a member of the advisory council of the India International Centre (IIC). He was previously a fellow at the Centre for Policy Research. Daulet Singh holds a PhD in international relations from King’s College London and an M.A. from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins University.

For the past 15 years, he has been a prominent commentator and columnist on India’s foreign policy and its role in the world order, diplomatic history and various dimensions of India–China relations. He has participated in several Track-II dialogues and has addressed leading training institutions in India including the National Defence College, Army Training Command (ARTRAC), Defence Services Staff College Wellington, and the Foreign Service Institute.
